Bridal Stylist Position

Our team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional, personalized experience to every bride who walks through our doors.

About the role

We are currently seeking experienced Bridal Stylists to guide our clients through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives.

This is a client-facing role for individuals who are confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-end fashion and personalized service.

What you’ll do

• Provide one-on-one styling appointments for brides

• Select gowns from our couture inventory based on clients needs and wants

• Create a personalized, elevated shopping experience for brides and their guests

• Maintain showroom presentation and visual standards at all times

• Create accurate, detailed invoices and help bride through purchasing process

• Meet personal monthly sales goals

• Stay up-to-date with current bridal fashion trends and designers

• Maintain your knowledge in our designers and their gowns including things like customizations, timelines, dress fabrications, etc.

• Communicate with brides professionally via email or phone

• Schedule bridal appointments in Google calendar accurately

This position offers a set hourly rate in addition to commission. Your earning potential is equal to your commitment and effort.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-end or luxury retail sales; proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine relationships and deliver a personalized, white-glove experience.

• Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and service standards

• Professional appearance and demeanor; poised under pressure and in high-emotion environments

• Weekend availability is required

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a team-focused mindset.

• Proficiency in Google suite

• Position is fast paced and consists of standing/walking and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bridal styling, bridal retail, or wedding industry roles

• Familiarity with bridal designers, fabrics, or gown silhouettes

• Experience working with stylists, planners, or VIP clientele
